Ingredients
  • 12 chicken wingsCut in to parts
  • 5tbsp fish sauce
  • 1tsp Garlic Powder
  • 5tbs plain flour
  • 2tbs water
  • pinch white pepper
  • 1ltr vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken wings in the fish sauce, garlic powder, white pepper for about half an hour.
  2. Heat up the oil to medium heat in a saucepan large enough to fit the chicken wings in and it will not overflow. I like using my wok for this.
  3. Add in the flour and water to the wings and give it a good mix. It should just coat the wings lightly. Add more flour or water to adjust as require.
  4. Slowly place the wings into the hot oil (please take care) cook until wings are golden. Turn the heat up towards the end so that your wings can get really crispy and it will also ensure that it is not greasy.
  5. Drain on kitchen roll and serve.
